Our Story

As a fundraiser for another artist in residence organization in Madison County, NC, named Azule, we whipped up the strategy of the cuckoo and took our artistic patterns and placed them in existing works. This ongoing project has taken flight with artists in USA and Austria supporting this mission.

If you are interested, the lesser cuckoo is a species most often detected by its song, a short phrase of jumbled notes often likened to "eat-your-choKY-pepper!".
